What should I bring to my consultation or fitting?
We recommend bringing any inspiration photos, specific event dress codes, or color themes you want to match (especially for weddings or proms). If you’re coming in for a group fitting, it’s helpful for everyone to wear similar shoes and undergarments they plan to wear on the event day to ensure accurate measurements. If you’ve rented or purchased from us before, we can also reference your previous fit profile.

We recommend booking your consultation at least 4–6 months in advance for weddings and 3–4 weeks in advance for prom season. This gives us time to ensure proper fittings, accommodate any necessary alterations, and secure your ideal style. Custom options are available for both men and women.

Yes, and we highly encourage it. We offer group consultations for wedding parties and prom groups to ensure coordination and convenience. Group fittings allow us to style everyone cohesively while offering a more efficient experience. The process varies depending on whether you’re renting, purchasing, or requesting custom tailoring. In general:
Standard rental fittings are typically ready within 3–5 business days.
Tailored rentals or alterations may take up to 7–10 days.
Custom garments can take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity.
